We¬†launched the “Stereoscopic Food” Project in 2011 to explore a shooting technique that is not very much used but can be a powerful storytelling tool, especially for those subjects, like food, where the dimension of depth, generated by the 3D view, perfectly describes the matter of the ingredients and the design of a dish. Images were used as visual elements in advertising campaigns by and are a good example of how 3D photography can result into tremendous impact as to the description of a dish, the mood of a restaurant and the entire philosophy that lies beneath the daily work of a Chef.
